Coordinate Sales & Operations Execution across Americas sites, translate S&OP into short-term priorities, resolve supply-demand imbalances, support meetings/governance, provide inputs to planning, and prepare executive summaries of revenue and manufacturing costs.

Develop and maintain full-stack solutions for Bradken Insite across IoT monitoring, wear management, mobile inspections, and data processing. Responsibilities include architectural decision-making, PWA development, API and data integration, real-time monitoring, CI/CD support, production deployments, performance optimization, security improvements, code reviews, and mentoring developers. The role collaborates with distributed teams across Australia and India to deliver scalable cloud-based enterprise applications.

Perform heavy fabrication and welding, including flux-core and MIG welding, carbon arc back gouging, and refurbishment work. Read technical drawings, verify measurements and tolerances, handle materials, follow safety and ISO 9001 quality procedures, and support continuous improvement. Assist maintenance and engineering teams, mentor apprentices, and perform forklift, profile cutting, and materials management tasks. Afternoon-shift availability and successful completion of welding tests, medical screening, and drug and alcohol testing are required.
