The role requires HR legal knowledge, ADP Workforce Now experience, confidentiality, independent judgment, and occasional travel to manufacturing and warehouse locations.

Manages B2B customer relationships, order processing, open-order reporting, shipment releases, customer portals, and account growth. Coordinates with sales, manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve issues, communicate production and delivery updates, identify upselling opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction. Requires advanced Excel skills, strong communication, analytical ability, and at least five years of preferred customer service experience.
