Assists the Operations Manager with personnel supervision, scheduling, training, safety and regulatory compliance, facility and equipment maintenance, dispatch, inventory control, quality control, and customer support. Oversees operational staff and coordinates deliveries, repairs, vendors, and product availability. The role involves frequent work around vehicles, machinery, fuel products, and customer sites, with approximately 15% travel outside the local area.

Provide administrative, inventory, and customer service support for the Equipment department: maintain equipment records, coordinate maintenance and repairs, support sales and billing documentation, assist customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate equipment and contract paperwork.
