Oversee preparation, deployment, maintenance, and tracking of petroleum dispensing equipment (fuel, DEF, lubricants). Lead and mentor technicians, ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, UL, NFPA, SPCC, EPA), manage inventory via BHOS, coordinate field setups and transport, and maintain equipment readiness and records.

Process daily invoices, match bills of lading to invoices, reconcile discrepancies, assist month-end closing and interim inventory counts, communicate with locations, and maintain accurate reports for fuel reconciliation and tax reporting.

Manage accounts receivable for an assigned book: execute collections plans, address past-due accounts, evaluate customer creditworthiness, set credit limits/terms, collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve payment issues, maintain accurate records, and minimize bad debt exposure.
