Coordinates biotech production planning, inventory availability, QC testing, order fulfillment, and customer updates. Provides initial technical support, maintains NetSuite records, reviews product documentation and certificates, supports complaint NCR and CAPA closure, updates SOPs, and assists laboratory teams with aliquoting, dilutions, and lyophilization. Requires strong communication, organization, documentation accuracy, and collaboration across production, quality, laboratory, and customer support functions.

Provides operational and administrative support for international sales activities, serving distributors, channel partners, and customers. Responsibilities include managing communications, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and issue resolution across departments, supplying technical and trade documentation, and resolving customer inquiries. The role requires scientific product knowledge, strong organization, customer service skills, and at least two years of international or distributor sales experience.
