The Tax Supervisor will provide tax compliance and consulting services, manage multiple engagements, supervise tax associates, and assist clients in minimizing tax liabilities.

Supports tax resource management through workforce planning, staff scheduling, workload and utilization monitoring, staffing coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Maintains accurate capacity and assignment data, coordinates across teams and time zones, tracks staffing requests and action items, escalates resource conflicts, and assists with improving resource management procedures and reporting accuracy.

Oversee outsourced accounting and financial advisory services for UHNW clients, family-owned businesses, startups, and private companies. Responsibilities include cash flow modeling, financial reporting, financing support, succession and exit planning, tax planning, risk management, ERP implementation, process optimization, and multi-entity accounting. The role also manages staff, mentors junior employees, and advises executives on complex accounting matters.
