Leads planning and execution of multiple audit engagements, develops audit strategies, resolves engagement issues, manages and mentors accounting staff, applies complex accounting and auditing concepts, and builds client relationships. The role also supports client satisfaction, firm leadership, community engagement, and professional development while delivering actionable recommendations based on research and analysis.

Provides administrative and tax-processing support to tax department staff. Responsibilities include assembling tax returns and extensions, setting up and updating client records, managing projects and engagement letters, processing documents, and supporting administrative teams. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, proofreading, multitasking, and deadline management. Overtime may be required during peak tax season.

Oversee fund accounting and administration for complex investment structures, including capital accounts, allocations, investor activity, capital calls, distributions, financial statements, NAV reviews, audits, tax processes, and investor reporting. Lead junior team members, coordinate with auditors and advisors, support AML/KYC compliance, and ensure accurate, timely deliverables while contributing to fund administration growth.
