Lead state and local tax consulting and compliance engagements, including nexus studies, taxability analyses, exposure reviews, audit defense, and voluntary disclosures. Advise clients on multi-state tax matters, research tax laws, identify savings and risk mitigation opportunities, mentor tax professionals, manage client relationships, collaborate across service lines, and support business development.

Supports onboarding and offboarding, new hire orientation, employee records, HR databases, PTO and payroll coordination, compliance reporting, and ATS data management. Coordinates campus recruiting events and talent-related projects, maintains documentation and SOPs, supports workforce reporting, and collaborates across HR teams and technology stakeholders to improve processes and employee experiences.

Design, build, test, and iterate production prompts, prompt chains, and LLM components. Implement evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and regression tests. Integrate LLMs with business systems and RAG pipelines, tune for accuracy/cost/latency, and document reusable AI accelerators for client delivery and internal automation.
