Lead secure operation of systems, networks, and endpoints: monitor logs and traffic, deploy and manage security tools, investigate incidents, perform penetration testing, implement access controls and disaster recovery, and guide junior staff to maintain compliance and reduce vulnerabilities.

Provide front-desk reception coverage and comprehensive HR administrative support: greeting visitors, answering calls, managing visitor logs, scanning and organizing personnel files, supporting new hire orientation, entering HRIS data (ADP), tracking invoices, coordinating temporary staffing and calendars, and maintaining HR recordkeeping and supplies.

The Tax Director will oversee tax compliance and consulting for flow-through clients, manage engagements, mentor staff, and develop innovative financial strategies.
