Leads complex cross-functional biotechnology projects from initiation through completion while managing and developing the Project Management team. Establishes project management standards, integrated plans, risk and budget controls, accountability practices, reporting dashboards, and executive escalation processes. Supports preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and drug development initiatives, coordinates external partners, and drives timely delivery across scientific and business functions.
