Leads healthcare communications accounts, serving as a trusted client advisor and agency team leader. Develops and executes proactive, crisis, corporate, and integrated communications strategies; oversees plans, scenario planning, executive messaging, reactive statements, timelines, and deliverables. Builds client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, coordinates cross-functional agency expertise, and mentors junior staff while managing multiple engagements and deadlines.

Owns account-based marketing and growth operations, including target-account research, buying-committee mapping, lead scoring, Salesforce and HubSpot administration, nurture automation, funnel reporting, and marketing technology integrations. The role also coordinates pitches, proposals, and RFPs, manages timelines and stakeholders, supports business development materials, and uses AI and automation to improve prospecting, qualification, engagement, and pipeline conversion.

Supports pharmaceutical advertising accounts through campaign coordination, creative asset trafficking, client communications, project tracking, reporting, and omnichannel campaign execution. Collaborates with creative, media, analytics, medical, regulatory, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to support brand strategy, launch planning, stakeholder engagement, and client deliverables. Maintains trackers, prepares presentations and meeting materials, manages feedback, and assists with campaign performance reporting.
