Prepares and modifies electrical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, completes redline markups, supports drawing coordination, and collaborates with engineers, consultants, clients, vendors, and field personnel. The role independently handles assigned drafting work, maintains drawing quality, addresses technical and software issues, stays current with CAD/BIM developments, and may visit client offices, production facilities, or construction sites.

Coordinate operational excellence initiatives, communications, schedules, documentation, training processes, and organizational programs. Support internal teams and leadership, manage the learning management system, promote UniversiT and mentorship programs, and develop external training partnerships. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, along with French and English proficiency.

The Proposal Writer prepares service proposals and marketing documents by interpreting RFPs, coordinating kickoff and follow-up meetings, developing proposal strategies with senior management, researching and editing technical content, managing timelines, assembling final layouts, coordinating submissions, and maintaining the proposal database. The role requires strong technical writing, editing, organization, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe InDesign.
