Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospects and customers, support RFQs and MSAs, manage pipeline in CRM, coordinate handoffs to Account Operations, assist with documentation and KPI reporting to drive revenue growth.

Manage day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts including order entry, KPI monitoring, CRM reporting, customer communication, process improvements, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Serve as primary point of contact and report to the store manager.

Entry-level role supporting day-to-day account operations: enter and process customer orders in P21, handle inquiries via phone/email, assist AOS Level 2 with routine orders, track order progress, coordinate with procurement and delivery teams, maintain customer relationships, and help identify process improvements.
