Oversee procurement system implementation, adoption, training, reporting, data quality, and buyer performance. Maintain a scaled buying desk, develop best practices, analyze service-level, inventory, and profitability KPIs, and implement corrective actions. Serve as the primary liaison between buyers, internal stakeholders, IT, and software vendors while improving procurement tools and processes.
