Convert leads into community tours and leases, conduct personalized apartment tours, build resident loyalty, generate social media awareness, and provide excellent customer service. Role includes weekend availability (three weekends/month) and uses various software and apps to manage prospects and content.

Lead onsite maintenance and property operations, supervise and train staff, implement preventive maintenance and capital projects, ensure code and safety compliance, manage contractors, and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection) to preserve asset value and resident/tenant satisfaction.
