Generate awareness through social media content, work weekends (three per month), and support brand loyalty and community engagement.

Lead and supervise onsite maintenance across a portfolio of properties, oversee preventive and capital maintenance programs, manage vendors and staff, ensure code/safety compliance, perform site inspections, and drive operational improvements to protect asset value and resident/tenant satisfaction.
