Supervise maintenance operations across a portfolio of Tampa and St. Petersburg properties. Manage technicians, preventive maintenance, emergency coverage, contractors, inspections, compliance, capital improvement plans, and building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and vertical transportation. Ensure safe, clean, efficient properties, timely maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, tenant improvements, and compliance with building and safety regulations.

Convert prospective resident leads into community tours and new leases through timely follow-up, compelling community information, and personalized apartment tours. Build resident loyalty by delivering an exceptional experience, generate awareness through Facebook and Instagram content, and resolve customer needs. The role requires weekend work three weekends per month, with two weekdays off.
