Leads human resources strategy and operations, advising leadership on employee relations, investigations, corrective action, compliance, leave and accommodations. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits, workers’ compensation, HRIS processes, policy administration, reporting, and supervisor coaching. Manages Paycom workflows and supervises an administrative coordinator while partnering with executives to support staff and organizational effectiveness.
