Supports the CEO, Board of Directors, Trustees, and Executive Leadership Team through calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, travel arrangements, expense processing, communications, and project assistance. Oversees office operations, supplies, equipment, reception, and administrative workflows. Coordinates with the external marketing team on newsletters, annual reports, marketing materials, and photo shoots while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and strong organization.

Manage a portfolio of individual donors to cultivate, solicit, and steward annual, leadership, and major gifts. Develop personalized engagement plans, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, coordinate stewardship and events, collaborate with board and staff, and represent the organization at donor meetings and community events.
