Provides front desk and administrative support, including answering phones, assisting families and community members, processing membership and childcare assistance applications, managing email and documents, submitting attendance certificates, preparing communications, purchasing supplies, and supporting calendars, expenses, meetings, and office operations. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including phone coverage, calendar and inbox management, processing membership and CCAP applications, document preparation, data entry, billing/expense reconciliation, and general office tasks to support enrollment operations and families.

Lead strategy, project management, and continuous improvement for Industry Clubs and Up Next programs. Oversee planning, budgets, KPIs, data collection, partner cultivation, community engagement, and reporting. Train site teams, monitor outcomes, coordinate events and field experiences, support grant development, and ensure consistent, high-quality workforce development delivery across sites.
