Leads daily operations and strategic growth for vocational workforce programs in welding, logistics, culinary arts, and STEM. Supervises instructors and staff, manages schedules and certification pathways, supports youth career readiness, builds employer and educational partnerships, coordinates internships and mentorships, monitors program outcomes, and contributes to grant reporting and program development.

Plans, coordinates, and supervises youth club services and activities; ensures member health and safety; recruits, trains, motivates, and supervises part-time staff; manages supplies, purchasing, administrative functions, and resources; promotes the organization in the community; and compiles program outcomes. Serves as Club Director when needed.

Support a growing grants portfolio by researching opportunities, preparing proposals and budgets, managing grant compliance, submitting reimbursements and reports, maintaining grant calendars and systems, tracking payments, and assisting audits and compliance visits while coordinating with development, operations, club staff, and senior leadership.

Establishes a safe, positive environment; recruits, trains, motivates, and supervises part-time staff; manages supplies, purchasing, administrative functions, and resources; markets the organization in the community; compiles program outcomes; and provides guidance services.
