Collects and enters youth registrations into DFPS systems, tracks attendance and performance for more than 700 members, prepares monthly reports for state submission, and provides clerical support to the Resource Development department. Provides administrative and clerical support for a youth club, including maintaining the membership database, preparing reports, managing membership cards and dues, handling calls, welcoming members and visitors, coordinating facility traffic, supporting staff training, assisting with outreach, and contributing to special programs and events.

Manages STEM and priority programs for Boys & Girls Clubs, including strategic planning, implementation, continuous quality improvement, outcomes measurement, staff support, grant coordination, budgeting, reporting, and community partnerships. The role collaborates with Club Directors, schools, government agencies, funders, and community organizations to ensure high-quality programming and member impact.

Write and manage foundation and corporate grant proposals and LOIs, research and cultivate institutional donors, track and report grants in Raiser's Edge, coordinate budgets and stewardship with Programs and Finance, and support Development team events and local club grant efforts.
