The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with donors, alumni, and prospects to enhance fundraising efforts and sustain the organization's mission. Responsibilities include implementing giving strategies, managing donor communications, supporting planned giving programs, and engaging alumni through networks and events.

Lead financial operations for a $2M nonprofit: full-cycle accounting, payroll, budgeting, grant financial management, audit coordination, cash flow, financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial guidance to CEO and Board.
