Provide advanced federal, state, and local tax guidance, oversee technical quality, advise on transactions and succession planning, and guide IRS examinations. Develop tax professionals through mentoring and training, improve practice workflows using technology and automation, strengthen client relationships, support business development, and drive operational excellence across the tax practice.

Perform audit, accounting, assurance, and advisory services for government clients. Build and maintain client relationships, manage engagements, delegate assignments, train team members, and provide feedback. Apply government accounting, reporting, compliance, Yellow Book, and Single Audit knowledge while completing projects accurately and on schedule. The role also requires strong organization, analytical abilities, attention to detail, project management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Organizes and manages tax engagements, prepares and reviews individual, business, estate, trust, gift, and Form 990 returns, supervises teams, manages multiple client relationships, applies tax principles, and meets deadlines using tax software.
