Lead IT projects end-to-end: plan, schedule, budget, manage scope and risks, coordinate multi-site technology deployments, oversee data migrations and integrations, ensure cybersecurity and compliance, liaise with stakeholders, and deliver project acceptance and lessons learned.

Design and govern hybrid cloud architectures (primarily AWS), manage cloud infrastructure and services (EC2,S3,VPC,Lambda), implement integrations, ensure availability/security/performance, document governance, develop training and test plans, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.

Support the HR Director by managing day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, hiring, training, benefits administration, policy implementation, performance and conduct guidance, labor issue advisement, and promoting communication between staff and management.
