Manages internal communications, team member engagement, recognition programs, community relations, and related events. Develops communication strategies, publishes branded content, tracks engagement metrics, manages budgets, coordinates with leadership, HR, and marketing, and represents the property in the community. The role also provides leadership guidance and supports internal and community initiatives.

Directs daily cage and count room operations, supervising staff, currency collection, drops, counts, reporting, fund accountability, compliance, equipment maintenance, budgeting, and guest service. Handles credit and check-cashing duties, coordinates with other departments, manages personnel activities, and ensures internal controls and gaming regulations are followed.

Supervises the non-gaming revenue audit team, reviews audits and revenue journal entries, ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, manages scheduling and workload allocation, investigates fraud findings, and meets performance metrics and service-level agreements. The role also provides coaching, mentoring, training, and communication with property personnel and internal stakeholders while supporting process improvements and accurate transaction recording.
