The Senior Consultant will design and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions, oversee deployment, create documentation, and ensure communication at all organizational levels while also adapting communication styles and working collaboratively on projects.

Oversee IT service queues to prioritise, allocate and resolve incidents and requests per ITIL practices. Manage backlogs, escalations, queue governance, reporting and continual service improvement to meet SLAs and improve ticket quality.

The Hybrid Infrastructure Business Manager will develop and manage relationships with partners, create business plans, and ensure partner profitability while promoting hybrid cloud technologies.
