The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and the ability to learn new systems.

Own and oversee Microsoft agreements, renewals and order submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide senior-level operational support, resolve complex licensing queries, maintain records, run quality checks, liaise with finance, deliver training, update documentation, and identify process improvements to support multi-million-pound Microsoft licensing agreements.
