Manage and grow a portfolio of UK policing and Blue Light customers. Build senior stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities, create qualified pipeline, and lead complex technology sales cycles through negotiation and close. Develop account plans, articulate business value, navigate public-sector procurement and tenders, collaborate with vendors and internal specialists, maintain CRM and forecasts, and achieve revenue and gross profit targets.

Provides senior-level managed services support across customer network, cloud, Windows, virtualization, storage, security, and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting escalated incidents, engineering network and cloud solutions, maintaining secure and highly available systems, performing root-cause analysis, producing technical documentation, managing changes, mentoring service desk teams, and leading customer projects and service reviews. The role operates within a UK shift pattern and includes participation in an on-call rota.

Provides first-line managed services support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; monitoring alerts; managing tickets and SLAs; communicating with customers and resolver teams; coordinating third parties; and escalating incidents appropriately. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate documentation, process adherence, and timely resolution while building foundational IT skills.
