Provides customer service and sales support in a retail store, processes register transactions, drives add-on sales, stocks and replenishes merchandise, maintains visual standards, supports planogram changes, organizes inventory, and helps prevent theft. Requires teamwork, product knowledge, communication, retail selling skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Provides customer service and product expertise in a music and pop culture retail store. Responsibilities include selling merchandise, operating the register, driving add-on sales, supporting BOPIS and curbside pickup, maintaining visual standards, assisting with planograms, stocking products, organizing the stockroom, preventing theft, and collaborating with store management and team members.
