The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales in the Financial Services sector, managing relationships and closing deals within retail banking and asset management.

Own strategic enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth through sophisticated account strategies, executive relationship-building, opportunity development, and complex SaaS sales. The role requires identifying business transformation opportunities, positioning secure enterprise content and AI solutions, coordinating internal teams, and managing pipeline forecasting and execution. This is a field sales position with travel up to 50%.

Provide strategic employment-law advice to HR and business leaders across the US, manage investigations and pre‑litigation matters, draft policies and employment agreements, advise on employee‑related AI and privacy initiatives, and partner with cross‑functional teams and outside counsel to resolve employee disputes and maintain compliance.
