Partner with Customer Success, Consulting, and Support leaders to build dashboards, track OKRs/KPIs, analyze customer health and operational performance, surface trends and root causes, support strategic planning and business reviews, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations to drive retention and operational improvements.

Lead and scale full-cycle US multi-state payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. Manage payroll timelines, reconciliations, tax and year-end activities, audits, ADP/Workday configurations, process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships. Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues and coach payroll team members to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will identify customer business problems, drive technical deals, support public sector clients, and articulate Box value through demos. Requires extensive enterprise experience and knowledge of compliance frameworks.
