Lead and run Box's ISO AIMS (ISO 42001) certification program: create and assess AI governance, execute external audits, remediate control gaps, maintain auditor relationships, and align compliance across frameworks (ISO, PCI, SOC, NIST). Communicate compliance posture and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Lead technical innovation across strategic partnerships by designing and building AI and cloud integrations, prototypes, demos, and solution accelerators. Advise partners and internal teams from concept to scalable implementation, create technical playbooks and demo libraries, support presales engagements, and translate partner insights into product and go-to-market strategy to drive joint growth.

Partner with Customer Success, Consulting, and Support leaders to build dashboards, track OKRs/KPIs, analyze customer health and operational performance, surface trends and root causes, support strategic planning and business reviews, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations to drive retention and operational improvements.
