Leads Box’s applied AI research agenda by identifying high-impact opportunities, defining research priorities, partnering with engineering and AI labs on experiments, evaluating models and agents, translating findings into product improvements, and communicating evidence-based insights to customers, executives, media, and external audiences.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for enterprise and line-of-business workflows. Identify high-value use cases, launch workflow templates and integrations, embed AI agents with human review and guardrails, and partner with Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP. Collaborate with customers, partners, sales, marketing, and customer success on requirements, positioning, pricing, launches, and adoption.

Develop and operate Box’s high-scale caching platform, including migrating Memcached and Redis fleets, improving performance, resilience, scalability, and reliability, and supporting services processing tens of millions of requests per second. Partner with engineering teams on caching strategies and architecture, contribute to technical design decisions, and participate in production on-call support.
