Perform outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs. Research and build target account lists, initiate outreach via phone and email, engage decision-makers, track leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.

The role involves creating authoritative editorial content on AI topics, managing a small writing team, and directing a proprietary research program to enhance Box's presence in the AI conversation.

Manage a book of Mid-Market accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Lead discovery, value reviews, and demos tied to business outcomes. Maintain forecasting and health tracking, build account plans, identify risks/opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and prioritize virtual and onsite customer engagements to increase retention and expansion.
