Oversee FastTrax operations as Manager on Duty during assigned closing shifts. Lead and support team members, maintain guest service, safety, cleanliness, staffing, and attraction standards, resolve guest concerns, respond to incidents, and support events. Complete cash handling, drawer and deposit verification, departmental closing tasks, equipment shutdown, final facility walkthroughs, and secure company funds, restricted areas, keys, and the facility.

The Mechanic maintains and repairs bowling equipment, ensuring safety and reliability, performs preventative maintenance, and assists with operational tasks across facilities.
