Lead Singapore public policy, regulatory, and government affairs engagements for multinational clients. Manage stakeholder relationships with government, regulators, industry groups, media, and civil society; oversee client deliverables and research products; develop new business; mentor team members; and contribute to thought leadership across priority sectors.

Supports HR operations across Asia, including onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation, background checks, personnel records, payroll preparation, timesheet approvals, recruiting assistance, expense reimbursements, travel requests, HR policies, orientation materials, and IT equipment coordination. The role also provides administrative support while handling confidential information and collaborating with HR, IT, and operations teams.

Manage Bangkok office operations, supplies, facilities, expenses, travel, vendors, assets, petty cash, and employee onboarding. Support the managing director through calendar management, meeting coordination, note-taking, briefing preparation, research, presentations, talking points, and expense reporting. The role also assists with events, client deliverables, contracting processes, confidentiality, recruitment coordination, and communication between Thailand and regional teams.
