Lead Adobe Journey Optimizer architecture, governance, configuration, and implementation for client marketing automation and journey orchestration projects. Translate business needs into technical requirements, data schemas, integrations, customer journeys, and campaign activations. Partner with AEP/CDP architects and engineers on data ingestion, event pipelines, testing, deployment, and platform support. Serve as the technical subject matter expert, oversee system health and access controls, create architecture documentation, and contribute to marketing technology roadmaps and reusable delivery assets.

Leads complex AI-enabled digital transformation engagements for healthcare, life sciences, and B2B clients. Advises C-suite executives, develops enterprise AI strategies and target operating models, integrates change management across transformation programs, and drives stakeholder engagement, training, governance, and adoption. The role also leads strategic pursuits, contributes to significant annual presales activity, develops healthcare growth strategies, and connects transformation outcomes to EBIT and ROI. Requires extensive consulting experience, healthcare expertise, executive presence, and frequent client travel.

Designs end-to-end network automation and OSS architectures across orchestration, inventory, compliance, observability, cloud, and telecommunications domains. Creates reference architectures, APIs, data models, HLDs, LLDs, and integration patterns; leads IaC, GitOps, Kafka, event-driven, AIOps, intent-based networking, and closed-loop automation strategies. Collaborates with engineering and business stakeholders, guides implementation teams, evaluates technology solutions, and mentors developers.
