Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, multistate, corporate, and other tax returns; perform tax computations, workpapers, estimates, and year-end planning. Respond to tax authority notices, research technical issues, manage engagement workflows, coordinate client data, communicate with clients and firm leadership, identify tax planning opportunities, and supervise junior staff.

The Assurance Manager leads audit, review, compilation, and attestation engagements; develops plans, manages budgets and timelines, reviews financial statements and workpapers, resolves accounting issues, assesses risk, and ensures quality client service. The role builds client relationships, supports business development, and mentors engagement teams through coaching, delegation, and performance feedback. Work occurs in the office and at client locations across the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Performs audits, reviews, compilations, and attestation services; supports engagement planning, risk assessment, testing, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting research. Reviews associate work, monitors project progress, manages client communications, identifies process improvements, and supports staff development through coaching and supervision. Maintains engagement documentation, schedules, time reporting, and client records while staying current on accounting standards and professional requirements.
