Implement automation and RPA solutions for finance processes, configure vendor tools, develop Python and SQL scripts, support ETL and BI implementations, and deploy practical AI workflows. The role focuses on hands-on client delivery, data validation, reconciliations, documentation, reusable components, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Conduct telephone and virtual interviews with senior financial services professionals to support client research and strategic objectives. Manage structured multi-touch outreach, review AI-generated pre-call briefs, navigate objections, maintain accurate activity records, and protect confidential information. The role requires credible executive communication, familiarity with primary research methods and contact-tracking tools, strong financial services terminology, and excellent spoken and written English. Work is conducted during CST/EST business hours.

Provides assurance and technical accounting consulting to CFOs, controllers, auditors, and finance teams. Responsibilities include solving accounting and reporting issues, developing defensible accounting positions, strengthening close and control processes, supporting disclosures and audit readiness, and driving remediation to completion. The role requires strong US GAAP, IFRS, or Ind AS expertise, auditor-facing experience, executive communication, and disciplined documentation. IPO readiness and technology-sector experience are valued.
