The FP&A Manager will lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and decision-support analyses for the Paymode business. The role evaluates revenue, transaction volume, pricing, retention, profitability, and margin trends while partnering with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Finance. Responsibilities include executive and board reporting, scenario planning, ROI analysis, process improvement, and translating complex data into actionable financial recommendations.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers by driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as the primary customer contact, monitor health and engagement metrics, identify risks, resolve issues cross-functionally, and deliver customer reviews and insights. Partner with Sales to pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities while acting as the internal voice of the customer.

The Sales Development Representative fuels revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and advancing B2B sales opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting through phone, email, video, and social channels; qualifying customer needs; communicating product value; scheduling sales meetings; maintaining pipeline quality; meeting monthly attainment goals; documenting activity in Salesforce; and ensuring smooth handoffs to account executives.
