Owns global SDR revenue operations across North America and the UK, including workflows, routing, reporting, systems, governance, AI automation, vendor management, and operational support. The role leads an SDR Operations Center of Excellence, manages two direct reports, oversees Salesforce and related sales technologies, improves adoption and data quality, establishes operating standards, and partners cross-functionally to support pipeline creation and team performance.

Manages global Sales Development Operations across North America and the UK. Builds an SDR Operations Center of Excellence, owns workflows, reporting, Salesforce governance, technology roadmaps, AI and automation initiatives, vendor relationships, documentation, training, and adoption. Leads two direct reports while supporting routing, data quality, system access, process improvement, operational governance, and cross-functional delivery across Sales, Marketing, IT, Data, and Sales Operations.

Supports the Global Finance Team through revenue forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for the Paymode product line. Uses SQL to analyze financial data and Power BI to build dashboards and reports. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and business growth.
