The Business Development Executive will grow robotics, STEM education, event, and experiential gaming businesses through sales, client communication, lead follow-ups, institutional outreach, and partnership coordination. The role is split between office coordination and field sales, including client meetings and travel throughout Pune. Candidates must communicate effectively in Hindi and English, present confidently, use basic computer tools and WhatsApp, and own a bike for field visits.

Owns end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, performance cycles, training, engagement, compliance, policy development, and HR reporting. The role uses Zoho People and Zoho Payroll while supporting administrative functions and working with leadership in a fast-paced startup.

Develop and maintain a Flutter mobile application for Android and iOS. Build responsive interfaces from Figma designs, integrate REST APIs with Spring Boot, implement authentication, storage, notifications, navigation, and application modules. Optimize performance, fix bugs, write maintainable code, collaborate with designers and backend developers, and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
