Manage assigned client accounts, build long-term relationships, ensure satisfaction and retention, resolve issues, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role requires customer service and landscaping experience, strong organization, a valid driver’s license, and comfort working in field environments.

Prepare and submit accurate invoices, post and reconcile customer payments, manage collections and past-due accounts, maintain customer records, prepare ad hoc analyses, process sales tax filings, and collaborate with accounting and sales to improve AR processes.

Leads strategic business development and revenue growth by identifying markets, building client and partner relationships, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and expanding market share. Maintains sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports while collaborating with operations, design, sales, and leadership teams. Represents the company at industry and networking events and promotes customized landscaping, design, and installation solutions to commercial clients.
