Leads APAC commercial execution for capital equipment in the medical device sector. Owns regional shadow P&L tracking, aligns global strategy with local market plans, supports pricing and launches, and drives performance through KPIs, tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages a regional team of sales enablement and product specialists while partnering with commercial, finance, legal, marketing, and product stakeholders.

Lead a Nordic quotes and tenders team to deliver compliant, competitive bids and commercial offers. Oversee workflows, KPIs, pricing validation, stakeholder alignment, process improvements, escalations, and regional implementation of European initiatives.

Support design, optimization, validation and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and equipment. Assist equipment/vendor selection and installation, execute experiments and validation builds, develop process documentation and calibration procedures, apply DFSS/DMAIC and Lean tools, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. May perform or support calibration/metrology activities and contribute to process introductions and improvements.
