Leads product cybersecurity and DevSecOps for regulated medical devices across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include threat modeling, security risk assessments, security requirements, CI/CD security controls, vulnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with engineering, quality, regulatory, and IT teams. The role also supports embedded systems, IoT cloud deployments, secure coding, and medical device security strategy.

Supports securities compliance, SEC and NYSE filings, insider trading processes, proxy statements, director and executive questionnaires, related-party transaction monitoring, and Board and committee governance. Manages governance systems including Diligent and Workiva, coordinates meeting materials and records, communicates with directors and executives, and drives process improvements using automation and AI. Conducts routine legal research, prepares governance documents, maintains compliance data, and escalates sensitive or novel matters.
