Supports a domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence prevention initiative through policy research, community outreach, communications, and project coordination. Responsibilities include researching relevant laws and public health initiatives, creating accessible materials, engaging community partners, preparing for meetings and events, documenting activities, tracking outreach, and participating in team trainings and professional development.

Manage Boston EMS clinical programs and strategic initiatives, including mobile integrated healthcare, telehealth, treatment-in-place, and alternative destination programs. Monitor performance, conduct data analysis, coordinate case reviews, develop policies and training, manage partnerships, support budgets and contracts, ensure reporting compliance, and collaborate with researchers. The role advances prehospital care, health equity, and program improvement while handling confidential information under HIPAA.

Leads the VIP Initiative’s community safety planning, partner contracts, compliance, reporting, evaluation, funding support, stakeholder relationships, events, communications, and cross-neighborhood coordination. The role strengthens program infrastructure, tracks grants and deadlines, provides technical assistance to community organizations, supports incident response, and maintains data integrity while advancing public health and violence prevention goals.
