Teams at Boston Public Health Commission

Coordinates public health nursing outreach, communicable disease investigations, contact tracing, infection control, tuberculosis care, and care navigation in congregate community settings. Provides patient education, medication monitoring, directly observed therapy, post-exposure prophylaxis, vaccine clinic support, surveillance, and epidemiologic activities. Builds relationships with community facilities, supervises staff, supports outbreak response, and promotes health equity.

Leads all financial operations for a $250M+ public health commission, including accounting, budgeting, grants, revenue, procurement, treasury, reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, and policy development. Oversees finance staff, forecasting, cash management, and cost and revenue optimization. Manages Workday Financial Management implementation, supports organizational change and training, and advises senior leadership on financial strategy, performance, and risk.

Leads organization-wide grant development for the Boston Public Health Commission, including funding opportunity assessment, proposal strategy, grant writing, budgeting, compliance review, submissions, renewals, and post-award coordination. Advises senior and program leadership, supervises Grants Development Office staff, manages grant systems and processes, provides training, and coordinates with finance, principal investigators, and external partners throughout the grant lifecycle.
