Coordinates fiscal and programmatic operations across a public health bureau, including procurement, contracts, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, billing, grants reporting, vendor management, office operations, staff training, and special projects. Collaborates with finance, administration, programs, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, accurate payments, timely reporting, and effective service delivery.

Supports Boston EMS financial management, including budgeting, procurement, public bids, contracts, grants, payroll, accounts payable, vendor payments, financial records, and audits. Supervises and mentors staff, ensures compliance with BPHC policies, coordinates with vendors and internal departments, and maintains accurate fiscal reporting. The role also supports equitable procurement, grant administration, and health equity initiatives.

Provides confidential executive and administrative support to the Recovery Services Bureau leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, correspondence, presentations, report preparation, data tracking, office technology coordination, expenditure monitoring, project support, committee participation, and liaison work across programs. The role also manages special projects, meeting logistics, document compliance reviews, and sensitive personnel, budgetary, and collective bargaining information.
