Lead commissioning and ongoing operation of high-volume manufacturing lines for advanced materials. Responsibilities include developing production workflows, implementing MES and process-monitoring tools, establishing readiness standards, managing equipment and process qualification, translating developmental processes into scalable manufacturing, and building QA/QC systems. The role also drives process control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, safety, and continuous improvement while leading cross-functional teams in a startup environment.

Lead commissioning and production readiness for high-volume advanced-materials manufacturing lines. Design and optimize workflows, implement MES and process-monitoring systems, establish qualification protocols, define process controls, and build quality-management infrastructure. Translate developmental materials processes into repeatable, scalable manufacturing while driving root-cause analysis, corrective action, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with equipment and process engineering teams in a resource-constrained startup environment.

The Testing and Analysis Engineer will plan, execute, and document tests to validate materials performance, support product development, and collaborate with engineering teams.
