Provide technical leadership to take electromechanical humanoid robot hardware from concept to production. Drive CAD completion and drawing packages, GD&T and tolerance analysis, DFx with suppliers, risk management (FMEAs, validation), and mentor design engineers to meet performance and reliability targets.

Provide expert technical support for Boston Dynamics robots and related software/hardware. Diagnose, troubleshoot, reproduce, and debug complex electromechanical systems, servers, interfaces, and networked communications using internal tools and robot logs. Manage queues, document incidents/bugs, suggest features, and support installations, training, and continuous process improvements to drive customer success.

The Research Scientist will develop and deploy reinforcement learning solutions for humanoid robots, focusing on complex manipulation tasks using Python and C++. They will work closely with roboticists and leverage simulation environments.
