Provides executive and administrative support to the Provost, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and academic deans. Responsibilities include meeting preparation, email triage, information flow, budget reconciliation, project tracking, action-item follow-up, room scheduling, student evaluations, course reviews, events, grants, and thesis and portfolio review coordination.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs and Academic Deans, manage meetings, schedules, travel, email triage, basic financial tasks, project follow-up, Zoom hosting, room scheduling, event coordination, and support academic processes like syllabi review and student evaluations.

The Director leads data strategy and governance efforts, fostering data-informed decision making, oversees analytics initiatives and collaborates with leadership for institutional effectiveness at BAC.
