Leads institution-wide data analytics, institutional research, assessment, data governance, dashboards, regulatory reporting, and performance improvement. The role analyzes student success, academic outcomes, enrollment, financial, workforce, and operational data; establishes standards and data systems; supports accreditation and strategic planning; and translates complex findings into executive decisions. The Director reports to the President and builds sustainable institutional analytics capabilities across academic and administrative departments.

Provides onsite technical support to staff, faculty, and students through walk-ins, calls, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoots Windows hardware, software, printing, and equipment issues; tracks tickets through resolution; supports multimedia events, equipment scheduling, computer labs, printers, plotters, and loaner equipment. Requires professional customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and flexibility to work primarily weekends during varying academic seasons.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Provost, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and academic deans. Responsibilities include meeting preparation, email triage, information flow, budget reconciliation, project tracking, action-item follow-up, room scheduling, student evaluations, course reviews, events, grants, and thesis and portfolio review coordination.
