Manages end-to-end hub operations, including parcel receiving, processing, dispatch, infrastructure, cash flow, COD reconciliation, SLA compliance, reporting, and team performance. Ensures shipments are dispatched within required timelines, monitors support tickets and operational issues, coaches hub employees, and maintains efficient, collaborative workflows while meeting delivery and service targets.
