Manage damaged parcel cases across the network: review evidence, classify damage, approve/reject claims, coordinate next steps, train hubs, track trends, support investigations, and prepare reports to reduce damage.

Coordinate hub pickup and dispatch operations, verify and record tracking numbers, sort shipments, add COD/refund items to courier routes, monitor collections and Stars Wallets, handle undelivered and canceled shipments, transfer shipments to sorting facility after holding period, and liaise with Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations to ensure SLA compliance.

Lead daily hub pickup and dispatch operations to meet SLAs. Manage hub infrastructure, cash/COD reconciliation, staff supervision and coaching, ticket resolution via Freshdesk, and prepare regular operational reports.
