Provides front-desk and administrative support by greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating transportation and catering. The role also assists colleagues with general administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Manage end-to-end hub operations, including parcel receiving, processing, dispatch, infrastructure, cash flow, COD reconciliation, SLA compliance, reporting, ticket resolution, and team performance. The role leads hub staff, coaches employees, maintains operational records, resolves daily issues, and ensures shipments are dispatched within required timelines while meeting service standards.

Coordinates hub communications and shipment handling during the night shift. Responsibilities include receiving and sorting pickups, dispatching courier routes, processing delivered, undelivered, canceled, refunded, and returned shipments, monitoring cash-on-delivery deposits, verifying shipment statuses, maintaining records, and transferring held shipments to the sorting facility while ensuring SLA compliance.
