Lead R&D for professional loudspeaker systems: design enclosures, waveguides, and acoustic elements; develop simulation and measurement workflows; prototype, test, optimize and productize designs; collaborate across teams, create proposals and architecture documents, and drive IP generation and practical innovation.

Manage reseller and distributor accounts across North Italy to achieve sales targets. Support resellers with product knowledge, system design, training, and project opportunities. Develop new reseller relationships and target end-user projects with architects, consultants, and developers. Track leads and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, report activity and forecasts to the sales manager, and support trade shows and marketing initiatives.

Execute channel marketing programs for APAC distributor markets: plan and support exhibitions and events, produce local marketing materials, manage budgets and local purchases, run email and social campaigns, coordinate quarterly marketing plans and funds with distributors, and support sales and training communications.
