Leads FP&A strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, lender reporting, and executive decision support. Partners with senior leaders on scenario analysis, KPIs, risks, liquidity, and operational performance while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Lead monthly demand consensus and forecasting processes across sales, product, marketing, and supply chain teams. Analyze historical demand, market trends, anomalies, and customer insights to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, fill rates, and supply readiness. Identify risks and gaps against business targets, support new product launch forecasts, and translate data into actionable recommendations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and demand-planning capabilities, along with experience using ERP or supply-planning systems.

The FP&A Manager supports corporate financial planning and analysis by delivering leadership and board reporting, conducting variance and profitability analysis, and managing financial models, cash flow forecasts, liquidity, and covenant reporting. The role oversees annual budgeting, develops KPI dashboards, improves FP&A processes and tools, and provides strategic insights to executives and the private equity investor.
