The FP&A Manager supports corporate financial planning and analysis by delivering leadership and board reporting, conducting variance and profitability analysis, and managing financial models, cash flow forecasts, liquidity, and covenant reporting. The role oversees annual budgeting, develops KPI dashboards, improves FP&A processes and tools, and provides strategic insights to executives and the private equity investor.

Leads and develops the EMEA technical support team while providing advanced post-sales support for professional audio products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, installation and programming assistance, escalated issue resolution, technical training, knowledgebase development, service metrics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, installers, and resellers. The manager also oversees staffing, service levels, repairs, exchanges, parts orders, recruiting, and customer satisfaction.

Implements channel marketing strategies across EMEA in partnership with sales teams, distributors, and resellers. Responsibilities include PR, advertising, newsletters, media relations, case studies, social media content, events, reseller marketing plans, translations, marketing asset production, purchase orders, and budget monitoring. The role coordinates exhibitions, roadshows, product introductions, trainings, and communications while supporting global marketing initiatives and regional sales objectives.
