Drive regional HVAC sales growth by managing and expanding key accounts, developing sales strategies, identifying new business, evaluating distributors, conducting market analysis, presenting solutions, forecasting pipeline, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires at least 50% travel throughout the Northeast territory and collaboration with product and support teams.

Leads advanced engineering strategy for plant growth, product transfers, capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and manufacturing excellence. Coordinates Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and U.S. manufacturing teams to ensure effective implementation and sustainable operation of new products and processes. Requires strong leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, along with manufacturing operations and ERP/MRP experience.

Handles customer calls, emails, counter inquiries, quotes, orders, and service requests for HVAC equipment. Provides product guidance, identifies upselling opportunities, maintains customer records, resolves concerns, coordinates fulfillment with warehouse and delivery teams, and follows up after purchases. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, sales, computer, warehouse, and forklift skills.
