Develop and program building automation control databases, graphics, and sequences. Perform system startup, commissioning, point-to-point checks, troubleshooting, BACnet configuration, documentation, and service support. Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, social media, and industry events. Improve recruiting processes, track hiring metrics, support employer branding and employee communications, and partner with HR and business leaders. The role requires specialized recruiting experience in construction and building technologies, including technicians, engineers, estimators, coordinators, and project managers.

Installs, configures, integrates, maintains, and troubleshoots server, storage, networking, virtualization, physical security, and audio-video systems. Analyzes requirements and performance, develops scripts and custom integrations, delivers upgrades, documents procedures, supports deployment planning, and collaborates with project, sales, engineering, and technician teams. The role also supports client relationships, mentors technicians, and ensures installations meet quality and schedule expectations.
