Manage end-to-end delivery of large security systems integration projects: scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, client/stakeholder communications, commissioning, risk mitigation, and team supervision to ensure quality and profitability.

Lead construction and owner projects for HVAC and building automation from kickoff through closeout. Coordinate estimating, scheduling, subcontractors, materials, invoicing, forecasting, change orders, engineered submittals, commissioning and ongoing support while ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and program building automation control databases, graphics, and sequences. Perform system startup, commissioning, point-to-point checkout, BACnet configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, service support, and customer training. Coordinate with installers, contractors, project managers, and building engineers on construction and retrofit projects. Provide on-call emergency support and travel to job sites as needed.
