Perform pre-visit eligibility verifications, apply patient payments, review encounter billing and coding for accuracy, coordinate with clinic management and Billing Administration for correct encounter entry, schedule follow-ups, complete daily reports, and assist patients and staff to ensure timely claims submission.

Coordinate and manage care for Pap smear and mammogram patients, ensure timely follow-up for abnormal results, assist with diagnostic workups and specialty referrals, implement systems, and support clinic women’s health operations under the Women's Health Manager and RN supervision.

Provides patient care and nursing support under RN supervision. Assists physicians, mid-level providers, and head nurse with assigned nursing activities, patient care tasks, and clinical duties in a community health setting.
