Coordinate end-to-end multi-country payroll processing, including payroll validation, reconciliations, statutory filings, pension administration, employee support, expatriate shadow payroll, and third-party provider management. Maintain payroll controls, audit trails, compliance records, and payment workflows. Support new-country payroll implementations, HRIS configuration, year-end activities, process improvements, and accurate payroll setup and reporting across international jurisdictions.

Leads strategic finance support for Operations and Commercial teams, providing financial analysis, modeling, KPI development, bid and tender evaluation, project economics, scenario analysis, and performance monitoring. Partners with senior stakeholders on contracts, major operational initiatives, profitability, cash generation, risks, and investment decisions. Oversees financial governance, post-project reviews, business-case validation, and executive reporting while supporting operational and commercial decision-making.

Provides regional HR guidance to HR Coordinators, Rig Managers, and Operations Management. Oversees daily HR activities, recruitment, payroll data, employee relations, performance management, benefits, onboarding, personnel records, and policy implementation. Supports offshore personnel management, transfers, promotions, and occupational health coordination. Participates in rig meetings, recruitment events, offshore visits, emergency response support, and HR on-call coverage.
