Supports automotive power electronics production, product launches, software and system releases, manufacturing troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and lifecycle management. Acts as the technical link between manufacturing plants and Product Engineering teams. Analyzes embedded software, source code, test systems, and production equipment issues; supports automation scripts, warranty investigations, FMEA, DFM/DFA, and corrective actions. Requires engineering education, automotive manufacturing experience, embedded software and AUTOSAR knowledge, power electronics expertise, and familiarity with engineering diagnostic tools.

Leads sales planning, forecasting, pursuit and bookings governance, CRM support, quote approval administration, and target alignment processes. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, maintains accurate sales data and documentation, provides leadership reporting and analysis, supports audits, trains users, and drives sales-process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and data-governance skills across Sales, Finance, plant, regional, and account teams.

Supports global manufacturing plants by analyzing and resolving electrical production issues involving power electronics, components, and control hardware. Coordinates containment, root-cause investigations, Design of Experiments, supplier-change assessments, and corrective actions. Collaborates with manufacturing, design, validation, reliability, suppliers, and EMC teams. Documents findings and drives lessons learned into engineering standards, DFMEAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
