Teams at Borealis Philanthropy

Lead Borealis's financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit and compliance, grants and fund accounting, investments and reserves management, risk and internal controls, financial systems, and finance team leadership. Serve as strategic partner to the CEO and Board to inform decisions and ensure long-term sustainability.

Manage institutional giving for Borealis Philanthropy: write and submit 8-10 grant proposals/reports monthly, steward five- to eight-figure grants, cultivate institutional donors, track grants in Salesforce, support cross-fund fundraising strategy, and coordinate with program and finance teams to ensure donor alignment and compliance.
