Coordinates industrial fuel and infrastructure projects from proposal development through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Reviews technical requirements, develops scopes, estimates, equipment lists, schedules, and budgets; coordinates vendors, contractors, consultants, clients, and field personnel; supports permitting, site assessments, logistics, inspections, deficiency resolution, and project documentation. The role requires independent problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and travel to industrial and remote project sites across Canada and the United States.

Lead electrical design and technical project coordination from concept through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and completion. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, calculations, equipment specifications, proposals, and schedules; evaluating vendor submissions; coordinating clients, engineering disciplines, vendors, and field teams; ensuring code compliance; resolving technical issues; and managing project risks across multiple projects.

Provides administrative and operational support to corporate and branch teams, including ERP customer management, accounts receivable, procurement assistance, reporting, records maintenance, safety and compliance documentation, communications, HR administration, and office organization. The role supports customer service and organizational processes while coordinating with internal staff and external partners.
