Generate and manage leads in a CRM, understand customer needs, conduct timely follow-ups, convert prospects into active users, attend education fairs and events, and resolve account-related queries while collaborating with internal teams.

Manage daily accounting and office administration, including bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, invoicing, GST and TDS compliance, financial closing, audits, vendor coordination, procurement, company records, assets, and administrative documentation. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, coordinating with auditors and consultants, and ensuring efficient office operations.
