Manages special rate implementation, user provisioning, data entry, and data imports and exports in Aderant. Performs audits and quality checks to maintain data accuracy, supports users, troubleshoots access issues, coordinates with Finance, IT, professionals, and vendors, and assists with end-user training and process improvements.

Senior Analyst responsible for enterprise endpoint management and software packaging. Manage SCCM/Intune, Citrix and VMware platforms; maintain Windows images, Autopilot, drivers and BIOS; automate deployments and scripting (PowerShell, MS Graph); monitor system health; provide top-tier support; ensure security and policy compliance; produce documentation; work with stakeholders and vendors; contribute to strategic planning and special projects.

Provide securities law counsel to investment fund managers, dealers, securities advisers, public and private investment funds, and service providers. Prepare investment fund documentation, manage regulatory registrations, and advise on applicable securities legislation. The role requires strong business judgment, innovative problem-solving, client service, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English, and membership in good standing with the Quebec Bar.
