Manage accounts receivable deductions, including rebates, promotions, discounts, chargebacks, and returns. Reconcile e-commerce sales, refunds, payouts, and payment processor settlements across Amazon, Shopify, and international entities. Perform revenue recognition and month-end close activities under U.S. GAAP, post journal entries, resolve deduction disputes, and identify opportunities to automate sales-to-ERP data flows.

Manage and govern ITIL-aligned ITSM processes across managed services and client accounts. Lead major incident resolution, root-cause analysis, change and configuration management, process onboarding, operational reporting, and continual service improvement. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and clients while serving as a customer-facing liaison and aligning service delivery with contractual commitments.

Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound data feeds, SFTP transfers, REST APIs, and production workflows. Audit flat files and API payloads, write advanced SQL queries, reconcile source data with Informix tables, analyze Linux and application logs, perform data cleanups, and conduct root-cause analysis. Document findings and collaborate with developers to resolve complex processing issues and application bugs.
