Supports clients from contract signing through long-term growth by aligning resources, improving processes, training clinicians, managing clinician scheduling, implementing healthcare workflows, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across implementation, account management, and advocacy teams.

Supports and improves customer Microsoft Cloud environments across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include performance, capacity, event, and security monitoring; incident analysis; problem resolution; risk assessment; technical recommendations; and service improvement. The role also contributes to Microsoft services practice development, collaborates with sales and presales teams, and maintains strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Supports metering operations and administrative workflows by coordinating internal teams and vendors, managing meter installation, commissioning, decommissioning, applications, meter reads, asset registers, and communications. The role also performs general administrative duties, maintains supplier relationships, allocates resources, and ensures timely task completion. Advanced Excel, job ticketing system experience, strong communication, organization, and adaptability are required.
