Move, organize, clean, and verify high volumes of files across existing file systems and SharePoint. Apply naming conventions, folder structures, and metadata; validate migrated content, permissions, links, and file counts; track progress and issues; escalate exceptions; and help team members locate content. The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and availability for a three-month fixed-term engagement.

Manages billing workflows by scrubbing calls, creating and submitting billing forms and invoices, closing calls in TPS, resolving invoice rejections, gathering missing documentation, and coordinating invoice reviews with account managers. The role requires accurate data entry, organization, communication, customer service, multitasking, and deadline management. HVAC/R industry experience is preferred but not required.

Creates and scales retailer-specific eCommerce product content using AI workflows, including titles, descriptions, enhanced content, imagery, SEO copy, and product videos. Builds prompt systems, AI assistants, spreadsheet automations, and quality-control processes. Coordinates visual content production, manages launch schedules in Asana, verifies product data, maintains retailer compliance, and approves final assets. The role requires strong editing, Excel, Figma or Canva, eCommerce content, and AI-tool expertise.
