Provide day-to-day PC and LAN technical support, assist with user account setup and password issues, troubleshoot hardware/software/network problems, maintain and update systems, communicate updates to IT team, and participate in process improvement projects.

Implement, QA, and document tag implementations across GTM, GA4, Quantum Metric, Dynamic Yield, pixels, CRM, and server-side pipelines. Translate Figma designs into data-layer specs, collaborate with engineering to ensure tracking parity across web, app (Flutter) and Shopify, maintain pixel integrity for performance marketing, support server-side tracking and A/B testing event pipelines, conduct monthly data audits, enforce consent via OneTrust, and contribute to QA and centralized tracking documentation.

Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle including invoice coding, matching to POs and receipts, and payment processing in BILL.com/NetSuite; own AP inbox and vendor communications; support reconciliations, monthly close, PO management, audits, and departmental reporting; resolve AP issues and drive process improvements.
