Provide expedited technical assistance to priority clients: diagnose and resolve complex issues across products, manage high-priority ticket queues, document cases, collaborate with Engineering and Product, surface trends for improvement, maintain product knowledge, and ensure timely communication and exceptional service.

Own day-to-day Microsoft co-sell referral pipeline and MQL loading: manage inbound/outbound referrals in Partner Center, validate and load MQLs into Salesforce/CRM, produce reporting and dashboards, ensure data quality and compliance, coordinate with field sellers, GTM managers, and Microsoft PDMs, and document SOPs and process improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript 2.x, Suitelets, RESTlets), workflows, and integrations (REST, SOAP, EDI, SFTP). Support inventory, warehouse, order fulfillment, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and AI/automation projects while collaborating with operations, finance, warehouse, and executive stakeholders.
