Full-cycle contingent recruiter for mid-to-senior marketing and sales roles. Partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search, screen and present vetted candidates, maintain ATS/Salesforce records, track metrics, and support account management and upsell opportunities.

Partner with sales leadership to design and execute territory and quota planning, analyze sales data to recommend coverage adjustments, maintain regular territory reviews, and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams using reporting tools. Support special projects and execute approved changes to optimize sales productivity and growth.

Manage the end-to-end SaaS renewal lifecycle: track upcoming renewals, prepare accurate quotes 60 days prior, forecast renewals, build reporting dashboards, use SFDC and Marketplace platforms, liaise with sales and vendors, and drive process improvements to improve customer and employee experience.
