The Human Resources Business Partner advises leaders and employees on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, employment laws, policy application, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. The role manages ER cases, supports performance reviews, analyzes employee relations trends, reduces legal risk, and partners with business leaders and HR teams to improve policies, processes, and employee experience.

Supports full-cycle HR processes with emphasis on employee relations, compliance, unemployment claims, HR data validation, investigations, and employee and management inquiries. Maintains case records, assists with regulatory implementation, prepares reports, supports management guidance, and improves HR procedures and SOPs while partnering with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations specialists.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist communicates with customers, collects outstanding balances, provides invoices and reports, and processes checks, credit cards, and ACH payments in Great Plains. The role also supports the Accounts Receivable Manager with ad hoc projects while maintaining accurate records, professional communication, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Strong organization, customer service, multitasking, and communication skills are required.
