The candidate journey has changed a bit over the past 25+ years, but the job marketing process? It hasn't. We want to change all of that. While job boards are an important part of the marketing funnel, they don't do a great job drawing in passive talent, creating a sustainable talent pool or aligning with a modern candidate journey. At Boostie, we're building a full-funnel approach to marketing jobs so our customers can optimize their talent pools, promote across display, search & social and capture more interest from their websites...with a few clicks.
